My pastel, 'THE PARLOR, NATIONAL ARTS CLUB" is taken from one of my favorite rooms in this classic 1898 building that houses the Pastel Society of America...This room and its furnishings keep bringing me back to another place and time, inviting one to sit down and have a conversation in person! With my love for my interior "roomscapes", the National Arts Club has often been the theme of many of my pastels, some going back forty years or more!
